David After Dentist is a hilarious video of the sweetest little boy after a major procedure. His mom needed a video because she was at work, and now millions of people have seen this (through their tears of laughter!)
David is not the only person getting this kind of You Tube audience, and apparently there is money to be made!
Mostly we just think this kid is adorable, but for the more business minded....here is an article on the "green" side of this video!

A nice dentist in the news!
This article made us really happy! A movie about a good dental experience would probably not be as exciting (or box office friendly) as say, Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors, but it would make us proud none the less.
We work really hard to make patients feel comfortable with the dental experience at our office. Everybody has phobias! Our practice administrator, Kelly, is afraid of fish! That is much less common than being afraid of dentists, and yet, has the same sweat inducing, hand trembling results as many of our patients once had about coming to the dentist.
Maybe Carol could become a movie star... what do you think? :)

Something to think about...
Here is the link to an article recently posted on where dental health stands in the public's priorities, and where it should. It fits well with how this office feels about your health, dental or otherwise.

Wise Wedensdays
This week's tip:
A study published in the Journal of Periodontology recently found some exciting news about Vitamin-D. Patients who regularly consume dairy products have lower risk of gum disease. Even if you're not a dairy person, the study showed that taking Vitamin-D can lower your risk. It is also linked with longevity, cell growth, and boosting the immune system!

From Carol...New For Delta Dental
Last fall, Delta Dental of Arizona became the exclusive provider for Arizona state employees. Although historically we have not been a "preferred provider", we realized that participating with Delta would be a way we could help the greatest number of our patients continue to receive the quality of care we provide.
We are now a "Premier Provider", which means that all Delta Dental plans cover our services at a higher percentage than offices that contract with several companies. That translates to less out-of-pocket cost to you.
We continue to look for ways to help our patients discover and reach their health goals. Please tell your friends, family and co-workers about the unique relationships we share with our patients as well as the fine dentistry we offer.
Yours in good dental health,
Carol McGonigle
